Day with Daddy

We were excited to celebrate this Father's Day with our #1 dad!!

We made him breakfast in bed . . .

& showered him with some fun surprises!

We had a relaxing rest of the day with naps, movies,

& more delicious meals - our kind of day.

A Last Hurrah . . .

Well, our moving day finally arrived!
We officially left Birmingham & made the trek south to Mobile last Saturday. Before we left, however, we had to tie up all of the loose ends in town.
Tim went to Mobile earlier in the week.  He was in charge of getting things turned on & connected at the new house & overseeing unpacking once the movers arrived.
I stayed in B'ham to oversee disconnections, the packing of our condo, & getting things finalized w/ our renter.
This also gave us the opportunity to spend some extra time with some family!

Our sweet cousins, Amber & Andrea, treated us to dinner at one of our fave places Thursday night - Habanero's. 

They also let us crash at their place Thursday & Friday night.

for Kallie Larkin - her 1st piece of jewelry!!!

I love it & can't wait to see it on her precious little arm! :)

Saturday morning we met up with my sis, Nish/NeNe, for breakfast at Chick-fil-A & some surprises for the boys before heading on down the interstate.

We finally arrived in our new city at our new home Saturday afternoon. There'll be a post on that soon!!  

Still a girl . . . !!

4 weeks passed by pretty quickly & it was already time for my monthly doc appointment.
This appointment was bittersweet -- it was my very last (sniff, sniff) in Birmingham w/ a doctor, office staff, & nurses that I've grown very close too.  My next visit will be with a new crew in Mobile.
On the other hand, I was pumped to have my "official" ultrasound & take 3 excited boys along with me! 
We saw all the important parts - heart, brain, arms, legs, fingers, toes, etc - & everything was as it should be.  Every part was there, healthy, & in good working order.  Hearing & seeing that just put my mind at ease.  My number one prayer for each pregnancy has been great health!
The last thing we checked out were those important parts . . . & OUR GIRL IS STILL A GIRL!!!

Church Surprise

Sunday was our last one at our church before we make our big move to Mobile. :(
My sweet friends & fellow Kingdom Kare (which is our children's church) members threw me a little surprise baby shower right after church was over.
I was very surprised & touched at their thoughtfulness.
They are such a sweet & fun group; I will truly miss these ladies!!

Memorial Day Fun
