Weekend in Wofford

The Bulldogs traveled to Spartanburg, SC on Saturday to take on the Wofford Terriers.
This was a BIG game because Wofford was highly ranked in the FCS standings & tied for 1st w/ Samford in the SoCon (Southern Conference).
It was also a BIG weekend because, after a HECTIC, CRAZY, BUSY past few weeks, Kesha Bowens definitely needed a break!!!
It was so nice to travel w/ my hubby, stay in an apartment-sized suite (a total surprise), enjoy some delicious meals (that I didn't have to cook & clean up after), & watch the Bulldogs win a thriller!

Whew!!! What a wonderful weekend!!!

Classic Saturday

While Tim & I headed to South Carolina for Samford's game this past weekend, the boys had some quality time with MaMa & Papa G!!
The highlight of their weekend was going to Legion Field to tailgate & enjoy the Magic City Classic!

Another Grand Visit

It was Grandpals' Day at Edgewood last Friday.
Taylor enjoyed a fun visit with 3 of his grandpals . . . introducing them to his teacher, showing them his classroom, surprising them w/ special gifts, & enjoying refreshments together in the library.

It's always a grand time when the grandpals come to visit!!

Birthday Coasting....

My hubby is THIRTY-SIX today ....yep, officially on the other side of his 30s...coasting toward 40.
(Good he has his wife to keep him young!!)
We enjoyed celebrating this special day with the man of our house!
