Last Saturday was Samford's first home game (finally)!
It was also the September outing for our women's group at church
(we let the spouses & kids come along too).
It was rainy & cool...& the Bulldogs came up short by 3 points...but it was still a fun day of food, friends, & football!!!

Timothy celebrated his second homecoming this past week at HMS.
It was lots of fun with dress up days, pep rallies, 7th & 8th grade games, and . . . the dance.

We got up early Saturday morning.
We drove 5 hours south to Tallahassee, Florida.
We sat in intense heat for 3 hours & cheered on our Bulldogs.
We won 27-20.
We drove 5 hours north back home to B'ham.
Yep, that's football life . . . all worth it!
