After a fun visit with the Easter Bunny this morning (there will be a separate post detailing that!) & a little last minute Easter shopping, Kallie & I joined Tanner at his school at the end of the school day for his class Easter Egg Hunt.
Earlier in the week, each child had brought in a package of prefilled eggs, which were used for various activities. One was estimating the total amount of eggs & Mrs. Burkett sent me a text with pictures of the activity. I think Tanner's might have been a little high...
These kindergarten bunnies had on their ears & were definitely hyped & ready when it was time to hunt. While parents "hid" eggs outside, students were instructed to hunt for eggs, but stop at 20.
Tanner was very proud to be THE FIRST to get 20 eggs in his bucket (competitiveness is definitely a Bowens trait), happy to get to leave school a little early after the hunt, & super pumped to dig into his basket of treasures upon arriving home!
